An excellent opportunity is currently open to join the company and take full responsibility of the profit and loss for all Sales channels including Telesales, Auto Sales, Mortgage Sales, Investment Sales and their Branch Network

Responsibilities:

•  develop sales, service strategy and sales channels

•  develop plans for all sales teams and the branch network

•  lead the sales teams to achieve the their targets

•  proactive solicitation of sales opportunities, including cross-selling between business units

•  provide guidance to sales teams to achieve sales targets

•  manage customer service delivery and brand awareness

Requirements:

  • A Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar
  • Experience in developing sales channels in secured and liability products and retail and investment products
  • Over 10 years experience in the banking/financial services industry
  • Experience in both retail and premium sectors
  • Had full responsibility of Profit and Loss in previous workplaces
