Principle Duties:
Serve as central source of guidance for clients and be the advocate and voice of advisers and their staff within head office Strive for continuous improvement in adviser service levels and adviser understanding at all opportunities. Ensure clients are kept informed of enhancements, changes, tools and resources. Solicit, monitor and/or feedback on service issues from clients and colleagues, identifying problem themes, devise and agree solutions. Write and/or update internal/external procedures and processes and assist with their implementation Recognise when guidance on ‘Advisers Resource’ extranet needs to be updated and make changes accordingly. Attend internal and external client meetings as required. Deal with escalated complex queries and issues raised both internally and externally, ensuring they are fully resolved in a timely manner. Act as backup to the Client Services Executive. Consider the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all business activities. Execute the transition process and any related tasks for new clients. Maintain primary ownership of coordinating FSA application process and IT implementations for all new and existing clients. Approve all new and updated stationery orders for clients Support Business Development team by addressing queries from prospects as required. Work closely with the training team to ensure our clients’ ongoing training requirements are assessed and met. Introducer Agreements - provide guidance to branches on the process, due diligence introducers and execute agreements Provide/produce management reports as and when required. Support Manager on initiatives and assist in project managing roll out of new enhancements as required Set standards of customer service excellence throughout the firm at all times. Specialist/Technical Knowledge/Qualifications:
University Graduate preferred Experience in the UK Financial Services industry essential Experience working with either private clients or investment managers/advisers preferred Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Industry qualification preferred
