My client is looking for a Structured Finance Specialist to join one of the most successful deal teams in the business, who concentrate on Telecoms deals.

You will be working within a team of dedicated professionals who are experts in this area and looking after a healthy portfolio of clients based in Southern and Eastern Europe spread over high profile clients.

Duties involve origination, structuring, and execution of the deals as well as, processing credit applications, business development and relationship management

 
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least five years experience in Structured or Leveraged Finance, M+A or Corporate Finance within a Financial or Telecoms firm.
• Have the ability to deal with complex transactions from start to finish.
• Have strong financial analytical skills.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite, French and/or Spanish are advantageous.
